This article describes what a user can do if they forgot their password to PortalCX.

Issue

I forgot my password.

Solution

If you forgot your password, there is a simple way to fix this.

  1. Navigate to https://admin.portalcx.io/sign-in

  2. Click on 'Forgot Your Password' link found at the bottom of the screen.

3. Input your e-mail address that is associated with your PortalCX account

4. Click "Send Password Reset"

Additional Tips

If this step fails, consider the following:

  • Contact your PortalCX Administrator to ensure you are using the correct e-mail associated with the account.

  • If all else fails, contact PortalCX Customer Support team for further assistance
